Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Genvarsity.com, operated by Ensynapse Technique Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Kerala, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Genvarsity platform (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Minors may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or legally authorised adult.

3. Accounts

Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under their account. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are processed through approved payment gateways (including Razorpay). By completing a payment, users agree to the pricing and terms displayed at checkout.

• Full Refund: Available if requested within seven (7) calendar days from the official course start date.
• No Refund: No refunds shall be issued after seven (7) days from the course start date, or once course access (materials or live sessions) has been granted.

5. Course Access & Acceptable Use

• Course access begins after successful enrollment and payment.
• Login credentials may not be shared.
• Course materials, live sessions, and recordings may not be copied, redistributed, recorded, or reused for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Industry Programs, Conditional Offers & Hiring

Genvarsity is a training and education platform. Any on-the-job training, Hire-Train-Deploy engagement, or conditional offer is governed solely by the respective agreement or hiring decision of participating companies.

Hiring decisions are made independently by companies. Genvarsity does not guarantee employment, placement, salary, role, or hiring timelines.

7. Collaboration with Scout Express

Genvarsity collaborates with Scout Express for employability enablement. With explicit user consent, learner data may be shared with Scout Express and potential employers for recruitment and evaluation purposes.

Users authorize Genvarsity and Scout Express to process and share such data in any lawful format required for employability and hiring activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, course materials, videos, assessments, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Ensynapse Technique Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Genvarsity does not guarantee specific outcomes including grades, certifications, recognition, or job placement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genvarsity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. Upon termination, access to content and services ceases.

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Class Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam District, Kerala, India.

Users agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and waive the right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected

• Personal data: name, email, phone, address, date of birth
• Payment and transaction details
• Usage data, device and browser information, IP address
• Cookies and analytics data

2. Use of Data

• Platform operation and improvement
• Course delivery and assessment
• Payment processing

3. Data Sharing

Personal data is not sold. Data may be shared with payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics services, Scout Express (with consent), and authorities where legally required.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained while accounts remain active and as required for legal, regulatory, or business purposes. Deletion requests may be sent to [email protected].

5. Cookies

Cookies are used for session continuity, preferences, analytics, and performance optimization. Browser settings may be used to manage cookies.

6. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are applied. No online system is completely secure.

8. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent, subject to legal requirements.
