Not selected by a host company? Candidates who complete the assessment but are not placed are welcome to enrol in the IIP independently. Placements with other available companies are allocated on merit and first-come basis. A Study Now, Pay Later option is available for those facing financial difficulty. Free placement assistance is extended to all enrolled students.

Register below
Fill the form on this page. One registration covers all currently active HTD positions. Provide accurate degree, batch, and contact details.

Complete the assessment
You receive the assessment link by email after registration. It evaluates ML foundations, data reasoning, and analytical ability. Candidates with knowledge of classical ML and Generative AI are given priority.

Shortlisting and interview
Candidates who clear the assessment are scheduled for a company interview. You are informed of the host company at this stage. All others are notified of their outcome.

Offer letter
Candidates who clear the interview receive a formal offer letter from the host company. Stipend, scope, and start date are confirmed in the letter.

Join and begin training
You join the host company and simultaneously enrol in the IIP through Genvarsity — at no cost. Training runs alongside your work throughout the engagement. Curriculum at genvarsity.com/iip.

Full-time offer
At the end of the engagement, the company may offer a full-time role based on performance. This is entirely at the company's discretion and is communicated clearly at application stage.
