A national assessment drive with 100 sponsored seats per cohort. Your organisation selects candidates from a ranked, independently assessed pool. Genvarsity delivers the training — concurrently with a Day-1 engagement at your organisation. On completion, you have first right of hire on a deployment-ready candidate, not a fresh graduate.

National Assessment Drive

Colleges across India nominate candidates. All applicants sit a standardised assessment covering aptitude, domain knowledge, and AI readiness. Results are independently scored and ranked.

You Select from the Ranked Pool

Participating organisations access the full scored results. Select candidates from the ranked list. Sponsor their training through a per-seat agreement. No recruitment fee — this is a workforce development contract.

Structured Training — Delivered by Genvarsity

Sponsored candidates enter the Industry Immersion Programme with Day-1 placement at your organisation. Curriculum is delivered by Genvarsity on a managed basis — aligned to your operational context. Your team does not design or deliver any part of it.

Verified Deployment

On completion, candidates are assessed, certified, and ready for full-time transition. You receive a deployment-ready hire who has spent the programme working inside your organisation — not a candidate you are meeting for the first time.

Candidates work inside your organisation from the first day of the programme — not after it ends. Training and work run concurrently throughout.

Stipend

Whether to offer a stipend, how much, and on what terms is entirely at your discretion. This is communicated clearly to candidates at the point of application. There is no minimum stipend requirement.
