Summer Internship Programme — Genvarsity
Summer 2026 · Applications Open · 5 Tracks

12 Hours.
One Topic.
Real Internship.

Not a broad survey course. Not a certificate factory. Each Genvarsity Summer Internship is a focused, practitioner-led deep dive into a single high-value topic within your chosen domain — completed across 8 live sessions over 2 months.

What Makes This Different
I.
One topic, done properly. An AI/ML internship might focus entirely on RAG. A Web Development internship might be only Cursor and AI-native development. Depth over breadth — deliberately.
II.
8 live, instructor-led sessions of 90 minutes each — interactive, not recorded lectures. Weekly applied activities between sessions. Real accountability, real feedback.
III.
Certificate from the host company — not from Genvarsity alone. A verifiable internship record that holds up to scrutiny at any GCC hiring conversation.

The Model Explained

Not a Course.
An Internship.

🎯
Single-Topic Depth
Each internship is built around one specific, industry-relevant topic. You leave with genuine proficiency in that topic — not a surface-level familiarity with ten. The topic is selected by the practitioner based on current industry demand.
E.g. RAG Systems · Cursor Development · CEH Recon
🧑‍💻
Live Interactive Sessions
All 8 sessions are live — not pre-recorded. Practitioners run interactive workshops, answer questions in real time, and provide feedback on weekly activities. You are a participant, not a viewer.
8 sessions × 90 minutes = 12 hours live
🏢
Host Company Certificate
Your internship certificate is issued by the host company running the programme — not just by Genvarsity. This gives it institutional weight in hiring conversations. GCC HR teams recognise the difference.

Credential

A Certificate That
Holds Up.

Most internship certificates are self-issued by the training provider. Ours are not. The certificate for each Genvarsity Summer Internship is issued by the host company running the programme — an independent institutional issuer with its own credibility.

When a GCC recruiter or hiring manager asks to verify your internship, there is a real host company to verify against — not just a Genvarsity registration email.

Scout Express Integration Every completed internship is attached to your Scout Express placement profile — visible to 100+ GCC hiring partners across all five domain tracks. You are presented to companies, not the other way around.
